Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

USPS Standard     3-5 business days
USPS Two Days    2 business days
USPS Overnight * 1-2 business days

*Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

International Shipping Policy

USPS Standard    10-15 business days

Shipping times vary slightly depending on your country. We will not be held responsible if your order is not delivered in the shipping time frame, as on occasion, there can be delays with delivery via the carrier. If your order is not delivered after 15 business days , please contact info@shopminisoles.com.

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your country and/or card services provider. Please contact your country's customs office for further information concerning fees and taxes when being shipped from the United States.
